Due to the exceptional situation (in principle until October 30) reservations are extended to all hours, therefore, depending on your type of voucher or if you want to access with external APPs you have to proceed in one way or another, here We explain how you can make your reservation:


DIRECT DEBIT:

  1. Access your client area.
  2. Choose the day and time, maximum 1 week in advance (remember that you do not have time restrictions, but you can only make 1 reservation per day).
  3. Reserve.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with the day and time.

PREPAID SUBSCRIPTIONS:

  1. Access your client area.
  2. Choose the day and time, maximum 1 week in advance (remember that you do not have time restrictions, but you can only make 1 reservation per day).
  3. Proceed to payment.
  4. Choose to pay with your prepaid voucher.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with the day and time.

PUNCH CARD:

  1. Access your client area.
  2. Choose the day and time, maximum 1 week in advance (remember that you do not have time restrictions, but you can only make 1 reservation per day).
  3. Proceed to payment.
  4. Choose to pay with your Punch card.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with the day and time.

If you want to share your punch card bonus and invite a friend:

  • Indicate by email to frontdesk@sharmaclimbingbcn.com your name and card number and the name, surname and email (must be registered) of the person with whom you want to share the punch card.
  • Once the voucher has been transferred, we will notify you and the invited person will be able to make the reservation directly from their client area by following the PUNCH CARD steps.

*Remember that you can only share bonuses between users with the same type of customer (Normal / Reduced).


SINGLE ENTRIES:

  1. Access your client area. (If you have never been, register).
  2. Choose the day and time, maximum 1 week in advance, if there are no places the system will indicate it. You can only make 1 reservation per person, if you come in a group, each member has to make their own reservation.
  3. Proceed with payment (reserved tickets only have a difference of € 10 Morning / € 14 Afternoon, not normal or reduced rate, for this option you have to make the reservation in person at the climbing wall or use a voucher that has the desired rate).
  4. Choose payment at POS and enter your card details.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with the day and time.

ACCESS WITH FITNESS APPs (Andjoy, Classpass and Urban Sports Club):

  1. You must be registered at the climbing wall before making a reservation, if you are not you can do it online from the MY ACCOUNT area.
  2. Indicate by email to frontdesk@sharmaclimbingbcn.com your name and email and the day and time you want to make the reservation. The reservation hours are:
    • MONDAY – FRIDAY: 7:45-9:45h / 10-12h / 12:15-14:15h / 14:30-16:30h
    • SATURDAY-SUNDAY- HOLIDAYS: 14: 30-16: 30h / 16: 45-18: 45h / 19-21h
  3. Once the reservation is made, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the chosen day and time.

How to book through website?

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION?

Once the reservation is made and the confirmation email received, it means that your reservation is already registered in the system.
  1. Access your client area through MY ACCOUNT. Up to 4 hours before the start of the reservation, it can be canceled to free up space for another colleague.
  2. Regardless of the type of reservation you have made (Member, Punctual, APPs or Punch Card) your reservation will be reflected in MY ACCOUNT > MY RESERVATIONS.
  3. Choose the reservation you want to cancel.
  4. The amount will be returned in the same way that the payment was made. Punch cards will be automatically reimbursed an entry in their account and customers who paid by card will be reimbursed the money on the same card (this process can take between 2 and 5 days depending on the bank, if after this time has not elapsed money refunded please contact info@sharmaclimbingbcn.com)
  5. It cannot be canceled with less than 4 hours, so the amount will not be returned or relocated at another time (if the client does not attend, he will not be able to recover the amount or relocate at another time).
