By working in suspension, the TRX strengthens all muscle groups so that you don’t need to use multiple machines or large amounts of weight for a complete workout. This routine will help you achieve muscle tone and physical strength, as well as increase your flexibility and balance.
In this class you will learn how to actively improve the range of motion of your joints and we will work on exercises to put that mobility into practice. Focused on hips, spine and shoulders.
With this activity we will learn corporal re-education and everything necessary to control the body on the hands.
You will strengthen wrists, shoulders and scapulae.
